As a Licensed Professional Counselor (2005) I have had 18 years of experience providing outpatient treatment to all ages of individuals and their families with a multitude of treatment needs. After obtaining my counseling degree, I began working with children and their families, where I discovered my passion in the treatment of anxiety disorders. Over the last few years, I began extensive training in anxiety treatment to hone my skills in the treatment of all facets of anxiety disorders (OCD, GAD, Social Phobia, Panic Disorders, etc.).

Education and experience

Masters of Science in Community Counseling from Gannon University. 

I am currently an active member of the  Anxiety Disorders Association of America, and the American Counseling Association.

How I practice

I also specialize in adjustment disorders, grief, and child/adolescent issues utilizing a multi-modal approach to treatment with a specific focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Exposure/Response Prevention Therapy. In my commitment to the treatment of various anxiety disorders, I customize exposure therapy to the specific needs of the individual.
