Education and Experience
I received my Masters in Psychology from Memphis State University and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I have been a social worker for over 20 years and have been in private practice for over 15 years.
I have completed extensive training through the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation and the Anxiety Disorders Association of America.
How I Practice
Currently, I work part time treating children and adults with anxiety disorders. I am also involved in training and supervising psychiatrists, psychologists and mental health professionals. I offer a variety of workshops to enhance the knowledge of school personnel and other professionals in working with individuals with anxiety.
Finally, I run a free, monthly Obsessive Compulsive Disorder support group for people suffering with OCD and their family members.
