I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been
working with individuals and families in a variety of settings for 25
years. I consider it a privilege to work alongside people as they move
through the transitions in their lives and would be happy to talk with
you about how to begin the process.
I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling with a Certification in Secondary Guidance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I have also completed a number of post graduate course at Gannon University, in Erie.
During the past eight years, I have focused on receiving intensive training in the area of Anxiety Disorders and Depressive Disorders in adolescents and adults.
How I Practice
My current focus is working with individuals and families who are addressing difficulties in the following areas: anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, parenting , grief, and life transitions. I enjoy working with adolescents and their parents.
I also have a passion for working with clergy and clergy family members.
I have led a number of women’s retreats, focusing on identifying strengths and moving forward.
I work with adults and adolescents.
